Today we are leaving for our Michigan trip. Have to check our real-estate, visit a client, give a speech and go to my high school reunion, then to North Carolina to give another speech.
The weather is turning colder in Michigan, so for us Floridians it should be a welcome change. We can put on the heavy sweaters and long pant. I am taking my gloves just in case it gets really cold.
I am told that we might just miss the peak of the fall colors, but there should be some left. I let you know and I’ll take some pictures to show you.
My client lives near Petoskey, Michigan, which is a very nice resort town. We are also going to visit Mick’s good friend Mary. She has more energy that anyone should have so this should be fun.
Then we go to Ann Arbor to give a speech on happiness. My hope is to visit the Editor of Eastern Michigan Universities magazine. She wants to use me for a story on happiness. She found the right guy, and then is off to visit Cousin Jerry and his wife. Jerry and I worked together for over thirty five years and have always been the best of friend. It will be good to see both of them.
Were not done yet Friday night it a cocktail party with my high school buddies. Saturday is a visit with my step mom and Saturday night it the big reunion.
Sunday we’ll be in Murphy North Carolina to stay with a best friend Bob and Jan. They are the laughers, so you can’t help but have a great and get healthy, because laughing is very healthy for you. Monday is speech time and then back to Florida.
Micki and I will show pictures of our grand children to hundreds and will have look at hundreds of our friend’s grand children. Isn’t live grand.
