Gain Wealth through Understanding Part 3 “The Steady”

You know that by understand people you can help further you goals. In no way am I implying that we are to manipulate people. Manipulating people in the long run ends up biting you in the backside. So in the spirit of understanding so you can help them and you be better partners at whatever endeavor you are involved with.

So now let’s look at the third behavior style which is the steady person. By the way the numbers of one or three is not a ranking system, each behavior style is as important as the other. With that out of the way we can get started.
The steady person is passive, possessive, amiable, steady, predictable and relaxed. They are also are understanding, mild, and friendly. By the way they are about 40% of the population. You definitely want them to work for you. How about this, they are systematic, serene deliberate and a good listener. Lastly they are a good team player and patient.

The steady person needs to serve, always one to help out. They are very loyal and want to stay in a relationship for a long time. Security and harmony is very important to them.
Relaxed and patient they are. It is not easy to get them upset. Not like the influencer they do not wear their emotions on their sleeve. They could be going through the hardest of emotional problems and you would never know it.
The steady person likes closure. For example if they are working on a project them want to finish it be for starting another.
If you want to turn them off rush headlong into business and you will make them unhappy. They need time to warm up. Don’t stick coldly to business and push for a quick response. If you interrupt them it another turn off, so don't do that. Listen to them carefully. Never promise something you can’t deliver. So know you know what not to do with the steady person.

Steady people don’t like change but when it has to happen they expect a logical reason for the change. Harmony is important to them both at work and home. Steady people like direction and want recognition for a job well done, when it is deserved.
Steady people are good people and we need them on the team, because they are the one that get basic things done and don’t complain about it.

When working with steady people and you do the things that I mentioned you will have a good friend and someone you can depend on
