Here is one way to stay young
No you don’t have to buy anything, but you will have to take time to do it. Most people will love doing it. In fact though it might be tiring, but when you’re finished you will feel great.
No it is not what you’re thinking about though that certainly is healthy for you. What I think is one way to stay young and that is be around kids, yes kids.
Spend time just watching them. They are so relaxed and they seem to never stop moving, that is till they collapse.
Second listen to them. If they are too young to really speak, listen anyway. You will hear the beginning of a person developing right in front of you. Then it starts to happen they can speak and they never stop.
My granddaughters favorite word for awhile was grandpa. She sat next to me at lunch and just kept saying grandpa this, grandpa that. I loved every minute of it.
Just giving kids a big hug helps you stay young. They hug back as if you are the most important thing in the world.
Watching them explore the world brings back so many good memories. To them everything is new and has to be studied and not just a little bit but giving ,what ever, a total examination, but when their done evaluating the whatever, that is it. Then it is on to something new.
Here is the best part for me. Getting down on floor and playing with them. They will climb all over you, ride on your back and know they can pin you down if they wanted to. Moms don’t particularly like this because you get the little ones higher than a kite and it is really bad when it is near nap or bed time. But what the heck I am leaving shortly anyways
Being around kid is diffentily something that keeps you young, so do it all you can.
