Some more on how happiness can be yours
Let’s first look at those that are unhappy. Unhappy people don’t want you to be happy, so don’t spend a lot of time trying to make them happy. Their personal goal is to make you feel like them.
I am sure they don’t do this because they want to, it is just the way they are.
Now we’ll go over how to create more happiness in your life. We talked about being healthy helps, but it not the cure all. We have all met people that are real sick, but they are so happy with life. They show it in everything they say and do. How can this be, their sick.
Sick or not they have something inside them that is better than any medicine. It is personal self esteem. Self esteem is not ego, because ego can cause more problems if kept unchecked. Self esteem is when you feel good about yourself and you know deep in your heart that you’re adding well to the betterment of universe.
I am getting to deep and need to lighten up. Happy people like to socialize and read the newspaper. For some reason happy do not watch as much TV as unhappy people. This is according to John Robinson, a professor of sociology at the University of Maryland and the author of the study, which appeared in the journal Social Indicators Research.
Here are some things to do and not to do with unhappy people. When talking to a unhappy person make sure to generate thoughts of happiness and be determined not to be lured into joining in with their unhappiness.
Do not try to deal with an unhappy person when you are not feeling happy yourself. This is a sure way to get into an argument. The last thing is never allow an unhappy person to blame you for their state of mind. If you are an unhappy person, get over it.
There is a lot more things that I will cover in the future on how you can raise your level of happiness, so stay tuned.
Happiness with wealth to you
